Passwords or User IDs
Plumb Trust
Company assigns your User ID but does not have access to
your password.
If you forget your user ID or would like your password
re-set,
contact us.
Users will be locked
out of the system for 10 minutes after 3 invalid password
attempts. After the lock-out period, you can attempt to
sign-in again.
On a weekend or holiday, send password re-set requests via
email.
Assistance
If you
continue to have trouble accessing your account on-line,
please call us during normal business hours and we will
assist you.
Enhanced Security for Online Account Access
In order to comply with recent
Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council mandates for higher
levels of security, Plumb Trust Company has implemented additional security
features known as dual factor authentication. This enhancement will
provide an additional level of security and will allow our clients to
register their computers following simple on-line instructions.
Once you have registered your
computer, you will only be required to enter a user id and password.
If you wish to access PAL from a different unregistered computer, you will
be asked to answer one of the security questions you selected when you
established your authentication. These additional safeguards are
important to our on-going efforts to protect your personal account
information.
